  From what I understand from the article, I foresee that effective communication and critical thinking is important in our role as a leader in the workplace because it attributes to being good leader. Having bad communication shows that leader in question has a poor employee engagement and attrition. Although many companies employ trainings in communication, they fail to touch on the core aspect of it because they only cover the explicit parts of the process.
